Situation
After disengaging an independent developer who over-promised and under-delivered, NCCD urgently sought a reliable Web partner to implement its new website design concept in a short timeframe.

Execution
Working to achieve NCCD’s highest-priority goals, Dayspring specified a scope of work that got the website produced as quickly as possible, and additionally provided flexibility within the remaining budget to pick and choose among optional elements.
In addition to providing technical support and hosting configuration guidance, Dayspring recommended Google custom search, integrated a WordPress blog, produced sample pages and equipped the NCCD staff to complete the production within the established infrastructure.
