Join our team
You’re someone who looks out for the good of the people on your team and the clients you serve. As a client-facing project manager, you ensure that we hit the right solution with the software we create. You gather requirements, facilitate meetings, make presentations and manage expectations. You love keeping the flow of information moving so that we achieve organizational goals within budget, on time, and with everybody working 40-hour work weeks. Clients trust you deeply and delight in the quality of your team’s craft. As a team leader, you build a non-competitive, collaborative environment, both within and among teams.
You see software engineering as a craft through which you build applications to help and serve your clients. You’re someone who takes in the big picture, but also appreciates and manages the details. As a craftsperson, you’re an expert with the software engineering tools at your disposal, and you use them to work with your client to understand, refine, and fulfill their vision.
You’re somebody who delights in infrastructure that runs smoothly–whether that’s cloud infrastructure, in-office desktop and network systems, or physical facilities. You’re a stickler for process who knows when and how to flex in order to serve those around you. You love repeatable processes–and documenting, automating and improving them. Checklists, Linux, and bringing order to chaos are your jam.
You’re a Salesforce whiz with nonprofit experience who wants to help your clients advance their missions. You have experience configuring and administering the Salesforce platform, and you also have familiarity with common nonprofit business processes. You’ll work with nonprofit clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects and beyond, defining requirements, implementing top-notch Salesforce solutions, and delivering training and documentation.
You’re the detail-oriented person among your friends. You personally use software (like Dayspring’s own Goodbudget!) to keep your finances in order. It makes you happy when everything is accounted for down to the penny. You think spreadsheets are a joy. You delight in well-organized paper filing systems and Google Drive folders. And you like to create systems where you can find stuff — and everybody else can as well.
